After booking press time at Inserts East, your job will be assigned to our Customer Service Representatives. Our Customer Service Department has the responsibility of providing the plant with all the pertinent information about your project. Our competent staff will ensure that your job will be delivered to the media/mail facilities correctly and on time.

Our Press Room has the tools to provide our clients with the best looking product in our industry. Whether you are printing on newsprint or high quality gloss coated paper, Inserts East uses top quality products which produce eye-popping results. Every pressline at Inserts East is outfitted with state of the art registration and ink controls. These tools, combined with our computer to plate technology ensure a quality finished product.
Inserts East has made a major investment in modern technology, but our people make it possible. Pressroom Supervisors on each shift make certain that the quality of your job is never compromised. Whether you are printing 10,000 copies or 30 million copies, our Pressroom is ready.

TRANSPORTATION

Our Transportation Department is proficient in shipping time sensitive material and handles over 1 billion printed pieces annually.
We will gladly provide you with a competitive freight quotation or will accommodate you if you would like to make arrangements to have your freight picked up by your own carrier.
Inserts East can also store printed material in our 150,000 square foot warehouse for future distribution.
Our trucks ensure that your inserts will be delivered on time.
