Health Benefits are available to full time employees the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
We offer all full time employees several comprehensive medical plans—you may choose from one of these plans for yourself and your eligible dependents.
Prescription coverage is included in the medical coverage at no additional cost to you.
We offer all full time employees a comprehensive vision plan including vision exams and lenses with allowances towards frames and contact lenses.
We offer all full time employees a comprehensive dental plan including dental exams, no deductible for preventive care services and Orthodontia offered for dependent children under the age of 19.
All full time employees receive Company-paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance. Additional Coverage for you and your dependents is also available.
We offer to all employees Voluntary Supplemental Insurance at the employee’s cost.
Our 401(k) plan is available to all eligible employees upon hire. Employees may contribute to their 401(k) on a pre or post tax basis.
